Facebook has pledged not to make Instagram “a replica of Facebook” following the sudden departure of its founders last week.
Users on Twitter complained about the Facebook-owned service not working.
On Friday, the Guardian published a story about 50 million Facebook accounts being compromised by a hack that allowed hackers to take over the user's accounts.
