City of Amarillo renews Drought Contingency Plan ahead of forecasted drier seasons

Officials with the City of Amarillo announced that the Amarillo City Council recently renewed the 2019 Drought Contingency Plan with no changes, ahead of forecasted worsening drought conditions during the spring and summer months of 2024.
