Beach Access 22 to undergo construction until November

SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A beach access located on the northern part of South Padre Island will undergo construction, according to city officials. Renovations and improvements will be made to Beach Access 22, including a permanent restroom, a rinse station, parking lot improvements, an ADA dune walkover and a wooden emergency vehicle drive-over.
