HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) β Three Rio Grande Valley firefighters were honored during a national fallen firefighters memorial service. This weekend, the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation hosted its 43rd National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
