Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán penned a letter to federal judge Brian Cogan in New York asking him to reinstate his phone calls and visitation rights. In the letter, dated the letter March 20 and filed in court Tuesday, the 67-year-old drug lord requested that his wife, Emma Coronel, be allowed to visit him.
