BATON ROUGE - The Baton Rouge Police Department released the identity of a man killed in a shooting on Longfellow Drive Saturday.According to police, Daon Scott, 23, as found dead near 5201 Longfellow Drive around 3:15 a.m. He was deceased from multiple gunshot wounds.The motive or any suspects are unknown at this time. Homeless man killed in shooting along GSRI Avenue on Saturday morning
BATON ROUGE - A homeless man died in a hospital after being shot Saturday morning. The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office said 51-year-old Reginald Riggs was shot around 5 a.m. at the corner of GSRI and Jasper avenues. Deputies said Riggs was homeless.
