The President of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), Mr Dele Oye, has called for a review of the barely three years old Petroleum Industry Act, 2021 citing its inherent operational complexities, duplications and ambiguous delineation of roles which could impede efficiency.
