Crews battle structure fire in Bellaire

BELLAIRE, Ohio (WTRF) - Officials have confirmed a garage fire that later spread to a nearby building in Belmont County. It happened around 9:30pm Tuesday night at the 4200 block of Harrison and Streets. Bellaire, Martins Ferry, Shadyside, and Neffs Fire Departments all responded to the scene. Crews are still working to battle the blaze. []
