Wanted Maryland man accused of the murder of a probation officer arrested in West Virginia

HURRICANE, W.Va. — A wanted man is in jail after being arrested Saturday in connection with the death of a Maryland Patrol and Probation officer. According to the U.S. Marshal’s Office, Emanuel Sewell of Chevy Chase, Maryland was arrested Saturday along I-64 near Hurricane after law enforcement received reports of a person matching Sewell’s description.
