SHIMLA: The son of former Punjab minister Sucha Singh Langah, a Punjab Police constable and a 19-year-old girl from Himachal Pradesh's Kinnaur district were among the five people arrested from a Shimla hotel on Tuesday late evening with 42.89 gram of 'chitta' (heroin).
