Police respond to barricaded person in North Andover

Massachusetts State Police were in North Andover Wednesday night assisting with a barricaded subject. Details were limited, but a police presence could be seen on Waverly Road. State police said their Air Wing helicopter was also on scene. No further information was immediately available.
