Lawmakers, Congressional aids and reporters stepped outside the U.S. Capitol to catch a glimpse of a rare solar eclipse Monday. Many applauded as the moon moved into position in front of the sun. Specialized eclipse glasses lined the faces of onlookers across the Capitol. Despite Congress being on recess for the last two weeks, their work, apparently, could wait a little longer
