Burning semitrailer on SF's Bay Bridge causes major backup

LATEST May 24, 10:45 a.m. One person was in a semitractor-trailer that caught fire on the Bay Bridge on Friday at 9:04 a.m., San Francisco Fire Department Capt. Jonathan Baxter told SFGATE. The truck was carrying a load of produce, but the driver, who was uninjured, was quickly able to disengage his truck from the attached trailer.
