A man was arrested after a bicyclist hit a pedestrian Wednesday afternoon in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood and fled the scene. The collision happened at the intersection of Broadway and Columbus Avenue, Paulina Henderson, a spokesperson for the San Francisco Police Department, told SFGATE.
