AUSTIN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Fallen San Benito Lieutenant, Milton Resendez, was honored on Sunday in Austin, Texas. Lt. Resendez's name was engraved in the Texas Peace Officer Memorial, located at the State Capital. Texas Gov.
