Thatcher Demko will not play for the Vancouver Canucks in Game 2 of the Western Conference First Round against the Nashville Predators on Tuesday (10 p.m. ET; SN, TVAS2, ESPN2, BSSO) because of an undisclosed injury. Sergei Bobrovsky, Thatcher Demko and Connor Hellebuyck were named finalists for the Vezina Trophy on Monday. The winner of the award, given annually to the goalie voted the best at his position by NHL general managers, will be announced at a later date.
