Steve Bannon is going to jail, appeals court rules
On Friday, a federal appeals court panel upheld right-wing podcaster and Donald Trump adviser Steve Bannon’s conviction for contempt of Congress. Bannon was convicted in October 2022 on two charges of criminal contempt of Congress—Willful Failure to Appear for Testimony and Willful Failure to Provide Records. Teen’s stabbing verdict vacated by appeals court
The Intermediate Court of Appeals filed an opinion April 30 vacating the verdict of a Circuit Court jury that found Erik Willis, 21, guilty in the July 8, 2020, stabbing of a 17-year-old girl at Kahala Beach.
