A man on a bike, weaving through traffic on Highway 101 in Marin County, was struck by a car and killed Saturday night.
CHP Officer Andrew Barclay said dispatchers received calls around 7:30 p.m. reporting a man in dark clothing riding a bicycle on Highway 101 southbound between the Madera Boulevard and Paradise Drive exits in Corte Madera. The man was veering across all five lanes of traffic.

A mudslide spilled onto the roadway on Highway 101 in Sausalito early Wednesday, shutting down a southbound lane for nearly an hour during the height of the morning commute, authorities said.
Rocks, mud and debris fell onto the roadway just after 7 a.m., south of Spencer Avenue, said Officer Andrew Barclay, a California Highway Patrol spokesman.
One southbound lane was shut down during the morning commute as Caltrans crews worked to clear the mudslide. The lane was reopened by about 9 a.m.
Since it was started on the Stevenson Expressway in 2011, the express bus service has grown six-fold, expanding to other highways.
