BREAKING: Philadelphia man turns himself in for City Avenue shooting
The arrest warrant for Quinerley was announced on Tuesday morning by Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Lower Merion Township Acting Police Superintendent Eugene J. Pasternak. The DA's office announced Tuesday afternoon that Quinerley had turned himself in to LM police and county detectives just before 2 p.m. and would be arraigned later that day.
