Inaugural Coal Miner’s Century Ride supports children in need
PITTSBURG, Kan. — Cyclists hit the road today for a good cause. The inaugural "Coal Miner's Century Ride" was held today starting at the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts. 70 bicyclists grabbed their helmets and rode in either 25-mile, 100-kilometer, or 100-mile rides. Riders had a whole 8 hours to complete this non-competitive race. []
