The Food Standards Agency visited the home unannounced on the 14th May 2024, and the home, run by Barchester Healthcare, was rated 5 Stars with nothing to improve upon. Fitch Ratings Upgrades Saudi Electricity Company’s Credit Rating to A+
Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) said in a press release that Fitch Ratings has upgraded its ratings to “A+” from “A”, on par with the national sovereign rating. SEC CEO Eng.
