    SALISBURY, Md. – The Shorebirds fell in their series opening game with the Fredericksburg Nationals, 6-0, at Perdue Stadium Tuesday afternoon. Elijah Green, one of the top prospects in the Washington Nationals’ farm system, drove in the first run of the game in the first inning. Brenner Cox followed that up with an RBI single in the second for Fredericksburg.
