Over 8,000 flags planted to honor fallen veterans
HANOVER TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — On Saturday morning, over 8,000 flags were planted at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township. UFC and BKFC veteran Geane Herrera has died at the age of 33. BKFC officials confirmed the news on Monday along with a GoFundMe set up by Herrera’s family to help with funeral expenses following his tragic death.
