CARBONDALE, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police arrested a driver during a traffic stop after allegedly he was found with meth and various drugs. The Carbondale Police Department says they arrested Kevin Nealon on April 19 during a traffic stop for a traffic infraction.
