Crowds turn out for ‘Taste of the Main Line’
Approximately 24 area restaurants served up their best cuisine to guests including Amada, DePaul’s Table, Joey Chops, Marc Vetri’s Fiore Rosso, Autograph Brasserie, White Dog Cafe, Terrain, Rosalie, Lola's Garden, Fleming’s, The Choice, and At The Table. Food was served to the guests but serving families was the theme of the evening as 100 percent of the proceeds will go directly to scholarships and grants.

For the second straight game, the Cubs rode the same strategy to victory over the visiting Astros. That formula was, ambush them with a big inning in the bottom of the first, ride a strong pitching performance and cruise to victory. Well, actually, like any good sequel, the second one was a bit of a pale imitation of the first one. As a result, this one didn’t quite reach “cruise to victory” status.
