A man was arrested after police say he fired a shot into a neighbor's house while shooting at a tree with friends in Hudson. Police arrested 49-year-old Agustin Rivera-Vargas on suspicion of illegally discharging a firearm, suspicion of recklessly discharging a firearm and suspicion of reckless endangerment, according to Colorado court records.
