Trump UK visit: US President will not avoid London despite promise of huge protests, US ambassador says
'He's very thick-skinned....he will definitely be coming to London'
Donald Trump has again criticised the decision to move the US embassy in London to Nine Elms, describing the location as "lousy" and "horrible". The decision to move was taken during George W Bush's presidency, although President Trump has previously blamed his predecessor, Barack Obama.
The US embassy in London moved from Grosvenor Square in Mayfair to Vauxhall earlier this year.
It is North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's "fixed will" that a summit with US President Donald Trump in Singapore should go ahead, state media say. Mr Trump cancelled the summit on Thursday, citing the North's "hostility", but then rowed back after conciliatory messages from Pyongyang.
North Korea's leader increases speculation that the on-off summit could take place after all.
