18-wheeler reported stolen by Penske Truck Leasing recovered during safety inspections in Berks

A tractor-trailer that was reported stolen by Penske Truck Leasing after a Connecticut man failed to return it after the lease agreement expired in late March was recovered Tuesday after a Pennsylvania State Police trooper stopped the rig on Interstate 78 in Berks County for displaying improper identification markings.
