    Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson reportedly favors AJ McCarron to be his starting quarterback instead of a rookie ahead of the 2018 NFL draft.

    Peter King of The MMQB reported Jackson, who coached McCarron during his time as the Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator, wants to add the free agent and then draft a quarterback to back him up.

    After signing veteran A.J. McCarron in free agency, the Buffalo Bills may be content to see how the draft plays out without moving up anymore.
