Excavator stuck in the water in Curtis Reservoir

MADISON TOWNSHIP, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — An excavator that was working on a dam improvement project at the Pennsylvania American Water's Curtis Reservoir is now stuck in the water.
