MC Legacy Scholars allocate more than $15,000 to local non-profits

MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - Midland College held its end-of-year Legacy Scholars celebration Tuesday evening, commemorating the educational achievements and fundraising efforts of the program's students. Funded by the Abell-Hanger Foundation, Scharbauer Foundation, Helen Greathouse Charitable Trust, and the Chaparral Foundation, the College said the program promotes academic success and development of philanthropy and leadership skills.
