Gruesome new details were revealed Tuesday in the fatal shooting of a UPS driver in Irvine, in what authorities called a "targeted attack."Rhean Jalipa Fontanoza, 46, was charged with murder with a special circumstances allegation of shooting from a vehicle and murder by lying in wait.
