Man sentenced to 30 years for assault of GRTC driver, murder of passenger in 2021

A man has been sentenced to 50 years in prison with 20 suspended after he was found guilty of several crimes, including first-degree murder, on Tuesday in connection to two incidents in 2021 in which he attacked a Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC) bus driver and fatally shot a passenger of a different bus a month later.
