WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — On Saturday police say they arrested three teenagers after a fight broke out during the Wilkes-Barre Cherry Blossom Festival. Around 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Wilkes-Barre City Police stated they were called for a fight happening at Kirby Park. Once on the scene officers said they separated three teenage girls, ages 13-14 []
