(theACC.com) - No. 6 Georgia Tech defeated No. 3 seed Virginia Tech, 6-2, in the final quarterfinals game on Thursday evening in the 2024 Atlantic Coast Conference Softball Championship at the Duke Softball Stadium. The win marked head coach Aileen Morales' 300th career win and marks the first ACC Championship semifinal appearance for Georgia Tech since 2012.
