Georgia again sees decreased tax collections
(The Center Square) — Georgia tax officials collected more than $3.9 billion in April, a decrease of 5.4% or $225.7 million from last year. So far this fiscal year, net tax revenue of more than $27.4 billion is down about 1.2% or $341.3 million from last year.
