Citilink and the Turnstone Center will break ground on an accessible bus stop and shelter in front of the Turnstone Center on May 21, the organizations announced Friday. Financed by the AWS Foundation and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), the bus stop aims to provide better mobility and access to services in Fort Wayne for Individuals with Disabilities.
