    The Department of Transport in the Province has called on scholar transport operators to revisit their plans for a total shutdown on Thursday as their actions will be illegal. Provincial Traffic Spokesperson Unathi Bingqose says such actions will infringe on people's right to movement and hurt learners and workers, not to mention those who depend on transport to collect their social grants.
