ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Two former Eddy County residents were arrested in Mexico. David Haynes and Johnny Crowley both had arrest warrants and were found hiding in Jaurez, Mexico. Officials say Haynes is accused of drug trafficking crimes from March of 2023. Authorities accuse Haynes of having about 17,000 fentanyl pills with the intent to distribute []
