IDC: Honor and Huawei topped China's smartphone market in Q1
The Chinese smartphone market grew by 6.5% in Q1,2024 thanks to robust demand for Huawei and Honor devices. The IDC quarterly mobile phone tracker shows an estimated total of 69.3 million smartphones were shipped in the first three months of the year, led by Honor and Huawei. Huawei sets a global launch event for May 7, no mention of Pura 70 smartphones
Huawei announced today it will host an innovative product launch on May 7 in Dubai. The company will showcase wearables, Matebook laptops and Matepad tablets next Tuesday, but the poster did not say anything about smartphones.
