A record number of people filed their income tax returns for 2023 during the months of March and April. The tax authority received 10.3 million tax returns in total.Private citizens and business owners had until Tuesday to file their taxes. Over 3.1 million people requested a postponement this year. Over 9.8 million income tax returns were filed on time in 2023, about 370,000 more than the year before.
