Terry Luckey, 34, was booked into the Mahoning County Jail on charges of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor; third-degree felony counts of tampering with evidence and being a felon in possession of a firearm; and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.
