Somto Cyril has found his college home, and it’s within the SEC. On Monday, Cyril committed to Mike White and the Georgia Bulldogs. On3’s Joe Tipton broke the news on Cyril, who will also go through the 2024 NBA Draft process to receive feedback. The Kentucky Wildcats will not be landing Aidan Mahaney. On Monday, the Saint Mary's transfer guard committed to the UConn Huskies. Mahaney just completed an official visit to Kentucky. A 6-foot-3 and 180-pound guard from Lafayette (CA), Mahaney chose the Huskies over offers from Kentucky, Michigan, and several others. After finalizing all but one member of the staff last week, including the official announcements of top recruiters Alvin Brooks and Jason Hart, the Kentucky Wildcats have received their third commitment in as many days. “BOOM!” Kentucky assistant Cody Fueger tweeted out on Sunday afternoon.
